Executive Coaching
The focus of Executive Coaching engagements is to ignite and enable peak performance of executives, leaders, and talent at all levels. Through dramatically increased self-awareness, personally optimized leadership, strengths and needs assessment, and the illumination of blind spots, clients can fully “show up” in the workplace, lead powerfully, and successfully manage others and their careers. Executive coaching engagements are a minimum of 6 months and include the following components:
Hogan Assessment & Debrief
Quantum 360® Closed-loop Interview-based Process & Debrief
3 Alignment meeting(s) between coach, client, manager, and stakeholders
50-minute One-on-one coaching sessions two times per month
Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching Engagements consist of target coaching, leveraging assessments to identify and gain momentum in addressing the most critical developmental areas for improved performance and effectiveness. They last at least three months and can include the executive coaching components listed above.
Onboarding & Transitional Coaching
Onboarding coaching engagements are designed for new hires to support their success in the first year of employment. These engagements are at least 3 months and feature a 30-60-90 day success plan. Transition coaching is designed for current employees who have received a new appointment within the organization. With both programs, the goal is for leaders to launch into and adjust to their new responsibilities successfully.
Team/Group Coaching
Teams Coaching Engagements are designed to elevate the performance and effectiveness of “intact teams.” A needs assessment is completed to inform the impact journey. Group Coaching engagements are designed for employees representing different business units within an organization. The participants determine the topics for coaching.
Cliftonstrengths workshop
Our CliftonStrengths Workshops delve into the powerful concepts of the CliftonStrengths framework. Through engaging and interactive activities, we will help you and your team uncover and understand your individual strengths. This workshop is designed to promote awareness of each team member's unique contributions, fostering an environment where collaboration evolves into true synergy.
Leadership/Team Development Workshop
Our Leadership and Team Development Workshops offer a tailored approach to achieving your specific leadership and team goals.
